Recipe courtesy of Dole New Zealand INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice 1/4 cup less sodium soy sauce 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup honey 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 4 salmon fillets METHOD Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, honey, pepper, paprika and garlic powder in small saucepan.
